RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, assisting them, and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Ask for Online Reviews & look for other ways to help deeper into the customer household
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or sales role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
